A wonderful place to enjoy your holidays! From A-Z, everything was perfect. The service was high class, thanks to everyone who made my trip so good! I suggest to book massage, it was one of the best I've ever had. The sports area also had everything you wish for. The suite was excellent and very clean. If I need to find something "negative" it's the breakfast which was obviously made for English tourists. I was hoping for more Portuguese food (for example pt croissants).

Congratulations to all the team. The staff of the hotel is amazingly professional and kind. Fantastic breakfast. The XXL restaurant is a most, the food incredible and the staff very friendly. The guest experience director, Joana Silva, ensures that all need and expectation are fulfilled. An excellent example of what hospitality can be. Well done!!

Lovely hotel, and an outstanding team of people who work there. The breakfasts are excellent. Out on a limb if you don’t play golf, and the weather isn’t good, but only a taxi ride away from the nearest town. I have enjoyed the hotel enormously, and will return - but only when the children aren’t on school holidays - it gets noisy around the pool when they are there.

We had multiple issues which were largely resolved but too late and they came up too frequently. Avoid rooms at the front of the building as the cut the grass on the golf club a lot and the road noise is noticeable. Lack of lifeguard, sun share on kids pool and slippery tiles on the swimming deck are a letdown. Rooms are fantastic for families.
